Stolen Sunlight Chapter One

Chapter 1: Do Not Pass Go. Do Not Collect $200

"Alice!" Bella yelled. "What did you do?!?"
Reneesme stood in front of her in a long, sparkling, silk red dress. Alice strolled into the living room with a bemused look on her face. "If your not going to send her to school, the least you can do is let me dress her up..." She put an innocent look on her face "I love you, Sis"
"Oh whatever" She said, knowing she couldn't win.
They sat at the table, random bits of paper everywhere. Over the past few days Carlisle and Edward had been locked up in Carlisle's study, refusing to let anyone know why. So she had taken the opportunity to begin teaching Reneesme. With her age abnormality, then couldn't send her to school. She was only one, but she look like she was seven, and she was as smart as a ten year old.
"Eighteen time Forty-Six" She quizzed
"Eight hundred and twenty eight" She said without a pause, she was getting very good.
"Correct!" Bella said, distractedly as she watched Edward and Carlisle emerge from the hallway.
"Mommy!' Reneesme said impatiently "I'm Bored!"
"Why don't you go wake uncle Jake up" She suggested getting up and following Carlisle into the kitchen
"Okay you two, gigs up, spill it." She said annoyed that they had been hiding something for so long.
"C'mon, c'mon, they're gonna tell us!" She heard Alice's voice from the other room.
"Tell us what?" It was Esme's voice this time
"I don't know, C'mon!" she said entering the room with Rosalie and Esme attached to her at the wrist and Emmett laughing behind them.
"Alice..." Edward said slowly
"Oh shush... Your gonna cave anyway" She said rolling her eyes.
Edward sighed and glanced over at Carlisle.
"Just tell them..." Carlisle said wearily
Edward walked into the middle of the room, and Emmett eyes him seriously.
A worried look flashed across Bella's face; what had they been keeping from them. Edward never held anything from her
"Carlisle has been getting comments at work about his age..." Edward started slowly
Carlisle cut in. "I believe we've overstayed our welcome" He looked at Bella "We've lived in this house for years and our appearances haven't changed. Aside from clothes..." he said as an after thought and glanced at Alice, who beamed.
"Don't worry, we will come back to visit" He said quickly. He knew she wouldn't like it. And She didn't. She didn't want to move away from charlie, the wolf pack, she would even miss Mike Newton. Not aging caused that, but she didn't know it would be so soon.
"What'd I miss" Jacob yawned, walking into the room with Reneesme. Even though she was getting big, she had a supernaturally strong family, so it didn't matter.
"The move..." Edward said looking at Reneesme.
"Ahh..." He said knowingly
"You mean he knew too?" Bella Blurted out
"Yes, we had to work things out with his pack" Edward said cautiously
"What do you mean" she said suspiciously
"I'm coming with you Bells" He said happily
"But... your pack..." She said, this was too much information at one time.
"Taken Care of" He said smoothly
She let out a long breathe trying to take it all in.
"When do we leave?" she asked slowly
"Soon..."
